EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FALSE LASHES

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FALSE LASHES

If you've never worn false lashes before, you might be a bit hesitant to try them. They might seem tricky to apply and keep on, but there are so many variations out there and different methods of application that you are sure to find a pair that will work for you!

What are lashes made from?

False lashes can be made from human hair, synthetic fibers and also from mink fur.

Strip Lashes

As described lashes are already applied to a strip so they don't need to be individually applied. Strip lashes are secured with eyelash glue.

How to apply

Step 1: Take the lashes out and apply the glue along the strips.

Step 2: Wait approx. 30 seconds until the glue is tacky.

Step 3: Using tweezers or your fingers to apply the lashes close to your top lash lines.

How to remove them

Simply peel them off when you're done. You can reuse your lashes multiple times!  Use tweezers to peel off any excess glue when you finish with them and store them back in the original packet.

Magnetic Lashes

These have recently gained populairty. Magnetic lashes are great for people who find strip lashes and lash glue tricky to apply or who might be allergic to the glue.

How to apply

Step 1: Great for beginners, all you have to do is take them out and align them up on your lashes! Removal is also super easy because there is no glue to fuss with.

Individual Lashes

If you want more control over where you're placing your lashes then you might want to try individual lashes. These need to be applied with a certain individual lash glue. Individual lashes are defintely for experienced users or for those with patience as they can be tricky to apply.

How to apply

As these ones are a bit more tricky, here's videos to help you.
