Return Policy

We at Beauty Empire are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item but there are certain limitations:

We do not accept any Returns or Exchange on Accessories and Clearance/Special items. Only exception is if the item received is damaged and must notify us within 48 hrs of delivery.
  1. Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory condition within 14 days of purchase date. We cannot accept items that are not in original factory condition(including all tags).
  2. You must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us and must be visible on the outside of the package. Otherwise the package will be refused. To receive a RMA#, please contact:
  3. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied for all refunds. Shipping and handling charges are not-refundable.
  4. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
  5. Refused packages: If a package delivery is refused by the customer and sent back to us for any reason, the returned shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the customers Store Credit or Refund.

For international orders, if the package returns back to us due to fault not of Beauty Empire (i.e. importation restriction, etc) Beauty Empire will refund less shipping and handling charge and may charge 15% of subtotal restocking fee.

Shipping Delays/Risk of Loss

beautyempirestore reserves the right to require a signature for any item shipped. Depending on the shipping information or dollar amount of the item, a signature requirement may be placed on the item. We will not for any reason remove this requirement. If you are not available to sign for the item, after the first attempt, you may choose to sign the slip to have the item left at your address, schedule a redelivery or pick up the item at a USPS location.
There are instances where item can be left for the recipient at their address. If the item will be left in plain view and is not safe, please request signature service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Once items have left our warehouse, risk of loss is passed on to the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive in customers' hands. If necessary, we will gladly prepare an investigation to assist with any issues or loss. We cannot be held responsible or liable and will not be able to refund any transactions due to lost, stolen or late arrivals.
